If you like fish in their natural state, try taking different forms without changing their status.
The Galley Club can show you techniques from around the world to marinate fish in a thousand ways and in different forms.
A good variety of fish to prepare: Italian Carpaccios, Japanese and Asian.
Tartar with Mediterranean and Oriental flavors.
And large selection of ceviches arrived from across the Atlantic.
Garnished with wine pairing.
