Fresh Italian pasta

ITALIAN PASTA  (with eggs, with durum wheat flour)
 
Hands-on class to learn how to make authentic fresh Italian pasta, with and without eggs. Our Italian chef, will show all the secrets to make every kind of dough and will share tips with you about how to stretch and cut classical Italian cuts of pasta. Alongside you will be guided to prepare some of the nicest sauces to enjoy your pasta with.
Preparation different pasta dishes, we will cook all together with a glass of wine.

After you can enjoy a great dinner with the dishes we cook.

Dishes will be selected by the chef among:

Tagliatelle
Linguine
Pappardelle
Maccheroni
Orecchiette
Cavatielli
 
and more
 
Pasta sauces will be seasonable and prepared in class together.
A little manual with recipes and guidelines will be provided during the class.
