If you are thinking eating more vegetarian, healthier and see how good it feels to your health it is you course.
You will know the vegetarian world from the base, without spending fortunes in your diet, feeling with much more vitality. With cheap and normal ingredients, easy to carry in your daily routing and with utensils that we all have.
