All to be found in a 6-hour course divided into two workshops in our kitchen in the center of Palma.

You can acquire the skills and knowledge to produce basic dough and polish sourdoughs. Learn the techniques of selecting ingredients, preparation and cooking of commonly consumed breads and their practical uses.

Rustic bread, focaccia, bread loaf, cereal. White, dark or black beer breads etc.
