This super-practical program, is recommended for beginner yacht cooks or crew looking to diversify.
The unique design of the course covers a wide range of cooking skills, whilst learning how to deal with day to day life aboard a boat.

The course includes:
1 excursion to the markets of Santa Catalina, Olivar, the Asian market and a supermarket.
1-day classroom theory
8 days practical training in a professional kitchen where you will learn to cook breakfast, lunch and daily dinners.

The first week focuses on the development of classical, modern and international menus covering a wide range of cooking techniques, by which time students will have the confidence to follow recipes and prepare meals in a real world environment.
The second week will focus on a more elaborate and fine cuisine which you would expect from both yacht owners and guests alike.
